Spearheaded overall communications strategy and developed creative approaches for furthering the marketing and communication efforts for the Alumni and Development division. Assumed additional responsibility as Content Creator and managed content creation and editing for department’s website. Focused on creating messages and materials designed to recognize, inspire, and inform department volunteers and donors. Evaluated and monitored efficacy of communications strategy making necessary adjustments to maximize its impact and influence. Transitioned from Coordinator of Communications for Constituency Relations (2009 – 2011) and Assistant Director of Development Communications (2011 – 2013).

Took an active lead in the development and promotion of the Club World Awards--sponsored and produced by Club World Magazine. Also assisted with event logistics during the event in Miami, FL.

Assisted with booking events and acquiring talent for radio shows and hosts.Resolved scheduling conflicts, studio changes, host tardiness, and other issues quickly and efficiently by utilizing my strong communication skills.Ensured guests and their management were comfortable and responded to any of their issues.
