Investigate, report, and develop software solutions to solve problems or improve current solutions.These solutions are implemented for each department individually, multiple departments, or the organization as a whole.Train all coworkers that will utilize the new or upgraded software solution on how to utilize it.Working with multiple applications, connecting them through available apis and integrated integrations.Implement, develop and maintain a Salesforce instance with the Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) installed as a replacement CRM for Wild Apricot.Routinely complete analysis of our business processes that could be automated or more streamlined.Then implemented a solution to help coworkers become more efficient.Build and maintain an entirely new website based on WordPress. Some pages required custom HTML to be inserted onto the page with custom html widgets. Shopped for plugins that met IMF's very specific needs and implemented them. Trained coworkers who needed to know how to make edits on how to do so.Utilized the following Software, SaaS, and Major Plugins: Kindful, Donor Elf, Salesforce, Formstack, Ninja Forms, 8x8, Integromat, Zapier, QuickBooks Online, MemberPress, GiveWP, MailChimp, Stripe, Modern Events Calendar, Wild Apricot, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WPFusion, BuddyPress, and Elementor.Provide technical support for all staff the utilize the above applications along with some general IT support, all from Microsoft Teams.
