Michael is a director, technical architect, and integration development lead that has extensive project experience with integrating with the SuccessFactors Cloud Platform, specifically Identity Authentication Services, Employee Central, Employee Data/Profile, Work Force Analytics, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and Onboarding modules within SuccessFactors utilizing Process Integration, Boomi, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. This includes OData and SOAP API calls to/from the SuccessFactors platform as well as API based integration to 3rd party application. Additionally, he has extensive experience in SAP ABAP programming language, including HTML5 development within SAP using Netweaver Gateway OData services. He has done Portal Architecture and ESS/MSS solution design, configuration and design of the SAP portal architecture, content, roles, and themes. In addition, he has expertise with BSP's, Webdynpro's, BADI's, Adobe Forms, and Workflow. He also has SAP HR technical expertise in Organizational Management, Payroll, Time and Personnel Administration modules. He has been a technical resource on projects that have covered Compensation, Performance Management, Qualifications Management, Reporting, HCM Processes and Forms, Personnel Change Requests, E-Recruiting, Time Entry, Leave Requests, Payroll and Benefits.
