• Working with the Somaliland coast guards to get a fleet of 12 non-operational boats and 15 vehicles back in to service, which had been redundant for 3 years.
• Evaluating a wide range of problems reported on boats, conducting thorough inspections and organising speedy repairs to minimise the amount of time the boats are out of service.
• Identifying parts required and drafting inventory lists, negotiating with local suppliers to order the parts at favourable prices and with expedited delivery.
• Ordering full service kits for 11 boat and 15 vehicles to optimise their performance and boost their reliability and longevity.
• Setting up planned maintenance systems for all craft and vehicles.
