My unique background combining the insights of an HR executive with the outside perspective of a neutral mediator and conflict expert helps leaders and organizations transform conflict into opportunities for positive, productive relationships.Additionally, as a member of the leadership team at the pioneering organizational culture and leadership assessment firm Human Synergistics, I draw on 50 years of research surveying millions of individuals around the world to provide powerful science driven insights into the culture and leadership practices that raise performance.In addition to my 20+ years of HR leadership I have a background in law with a JD from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, as well as extensive mediation training through Northwestern University and the Center for Conflict Resolution, where I coach new mediators.
