Co-ordination and development of Collaborative Enterprises

Recruiting independent career coaches and life coaches, co-developing a shared service, market testing, developing sales and marketing channels, project co-ordination, provision of appropriate tools, processes, training and collateral.

Having won a contract with the UK Department of Work and Pensions to provide Job Search Support for Newly Unemployed Professional, I recruited and co-ordinated a network of 50 independent career coaches serving over 100 Job Centres across the UK. The service included identifying strengths, overcoming barriers, increasing confidence and motivation, reframing skills, exploring options and goal setting.

For team leaders running several projects and who need to control the flow of communications, information and tasks by project, CoBooCo is a simple secure online communication management platform that significantly increases team efficiency. Unlike communication platforms where team information is scattered, CoBooCo increases control and productivity by integrating all the relevant information and actions on a project by project basis. During the evaluation, I co-ordinated 5 separate teams. As a result, I decided that CoBooCo was an integral and essential tool for Ki Work’s Collaborative Enterprising services.
