As a director on my HOA board, I take part in important decisions to keep our community clean and maintained. As the only board member who works in the IT space, I am also serving as our technical director to enable a digital transformation to streamline our processes, enable more efficient communication, and allow for the archiving and indexing of information. This will allow us to make our decisions more educated, more transparent, and more quickly so that we may better serve all homeowners.

At Credera I focus on providing technical expertise in the software and data engineering fields to bring resolutions to my clients' complex problems. I have worked alongside companies of national and global sizes to improve their technological infrastructure to maintain the support of the business as it grows. From working to implement new features & expand functionality in existing applications, co-developing group-up new platforms to replace aging systems, or doing full platform migrations from on-prem servers to the cloud, I have been fortunate to have been exposed to a wide breadth of clients and experiences.

A part of my typical workflow involves working with students, faculty, & civilians to resolve their technical issues while educating them about Indiana University’s technological offerings; to date, I have personally helped hundreds of people. Though, when new consultants are hired it is my responsibility to train them on their duties, shift procedures, and lab specific information. After they have learned their way around, I must then do my utmost to guide and assist them in following procedures and improving their job performance.

The Technology Consultant position is a part of the U.I.T.S Technology Center Consulting department. The majority of the job includes, but is nit limited to: handling daily maintenance of and troubleshooting lab computers, assisting students with their issues, teach them about Indiana University's technological offerings, and enforce lab rules.

This program provides Peer Tutor for the Computers in Business classes, which are commonly referred to by their respective course numbers; K160, K201, or K204. These classes teach all incoming Kelley School of Business students valuable and applicable skills in both Microsoft Access and Excel. To be eligible to become a Peer Tutor for these classes, you must have completed and excelled in one of these classes. I loved the material and was extremely eager to help others succeed as I did, as I recognize the fundamental value of the skills taught and wished for everyone to have the same proficiency!
