I am responsible for the project plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Also responsible for defining the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.This includes:-• Definining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.• Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.• Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.• Setting and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.• Planning and schedulling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.• Tracking project milestones and deliverables.• Determined the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.• Defining project success criteria and disseminating them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.• Conducting project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.• Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.

My responsibility is to oversee all aspect of projects from small to large project from initiate to closure and managing project teams.Duties / Responsibilities • Maintain and manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders• Chair weekly team meetings where project status and RAIDs is discussed.• Produce weekly highlight and status report as well as bi- weekly report to management.• Manage budget and resources sheet.• Maintain detailed project plan.• Mitigate Risk and Issues as well as escalating to appropriate departments when required.• Track project progress using the project plan• Manage change process as well as conflict management.• Monitor and Manage RAIDs log with escalations done when needed.• Support and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, contributing to corporate priority themes and the organisation’s overall delivery aims. • Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others and take responsibility for ensuring all activities carried out promote the value of a diverse workforce and do not discriminate against sections of the community covered by equality legislation
