I currently manage a NY craft beer bar in Brooklyn. I have lead many teams whether academically, professionally or otherwise and enjoy communicating and coordinating ways to better the businesses and teams in which I'm affiliated.

I communicated with the other business school clubs and faculty to implement methods for better communication between students and faculty as well as increased student engagement with the KSB clubs and activities aimed to further professional and academic growth. I delegated tasks to my team to best achieve initiative and to plan and execute events designed to achieve our goals such as a Student- Faculty Luncheon and Koppelman School of business club calendar to display when meetings, events and recruiter visits would be occurring to better coordinate planning to maximize student engagement and to share with professor to share with classes, and also post monthly schedules in the business school for all to see.

I serve at a high volume, fast paced, upscale rum bar in Crown heights. I serve 13 tables independently, serving up to 150 guests in a 7 hour period.

I serve, bartend, and manage at a long standing neighborhood bar and grill in Park Slope. I enjoy interacting with people, managing many tasks at once. I anticipate the needs of coworkers and customers, remembering preferences, enhancing overall service experience. In doing so, I establish good rapport with guests, aiding customer retention and growth. I am responsible for counting my drawer, making a report of tipped transactions, while creating the bank for the next employee’s shift.

I communicated with the Renters and Owners of properties to better represent both parties in presenting their comments and responses to reviews posted about the experience of tenant's stays. I created, edited and reworded owner's responses that would be posted on their behalf upon approval to best and more accuratelty reflect the rental property for future tenants, along with providing edits to the listings themselves to improve rental description accuracy.

As a dispute resolution analyst, I analyze and process complaints against businesses concerning marketplace transactions if within policy guidelines, concerning marketplace transactions. I served as the sole conciliator for up to 160 cases at a time, in aims of seeking resolution between the consumer and business, working to encourage ethical business practice.
