Advises clients on a broad spectrum of complex commercial agreements and information technology transactions. Coordinates responsibility with sales and strategic business teams for all aspects of deal negotiation including strategic deal objectives, pricing, terms, and closing deals. Supports clients on the rollout of numerous new and complex functionality and products by providing guidance and revisions on master agreements, order forms and additional terms and conditions.
