I serve as co-chair of Thompson Coburn's corporate and securities practice group. I have a broad range of experience in corporate and transactional matters for public and private companies including securities regulation and compliance, debt and equity offerings, commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance and general corporate representation. With ten years of prior in-house corporate experience, I have extensive experience in distribution and supply agreements, vendor agreements, compensation arrangements, consulting agreements, equipment leasing arrangements, license agreements, credit facility compliance, risk management, and corporate and operational policies.
