I am responsible for supporting as many as seven members of the Branch Recruitment Team in attracting and hiring top talent for the firm while providing a world class experience to candidates and hiring leaders. I coordinate phone and in-person interviews, scheduling across four different… Show more I am responsible for supporting as many as seven members of the Branch Recruitment Team in attracting and hiring top talent for the firm while providing a world class experience to candidates and hiring leaders. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, my primary responsibility is to execute core support processes for the Central and North Branch Division recruiters as well as Scottrade Investment Management. I coordinate phone and in-person interviews, scheduling across four different time zones. I also coordinates full day Branch Manager headquarter interviews which include travel scheduling and agenda organization. To support my recruiters, I administer all pre-interview assessments, employment questionnaires, start date approval forms and conducts follow-up outreach as needed. I also carry out pre-adverse and adverse actions and assists with contingent workforce needs and vendor relations. I am accountable for our Internship Program graduation tracking system that aids in the conversion of graduating interns to full time employment at Scottrade. This includes maintaining up to date records of active interns’ pending graduation date, their performance, and interest through correspondence with the interns and their leaders.I am accountable for hiring all temporary Security Guards for the firm as well as branch interns as needed. I am also responsible for sending out the Job Spotlight email on a bi-weekly basis to the entire firm in an effort to advertise critical opportunities to internal associates. Show less

I assisted credit union members with account inquiries over the phone. I processed loan, credit card applications and payments. While ensuring the highest level of customer service was provided to each member.

I Conducted all front desk administrative operations including: Answering phone, patient check in/out, email, faxing scanning, preparing patient correspondence, appointment setting, patient education of treatment and financial responsibility, research customer inquiries and conflicts.I was responsible for verifying dental codes and submitting claims to insurance companies and processing patient billing.I administered payroll and tracked employee vacation and sick time. I was responsible for answering incoming calls and processing patient and insurance payments. I educated patients on dental treatment plans and scheduled their upcoming appointments. I maintained patient charts and verified their dental benefits.

During this time I would oversee back office operations while executing employee training and education. I was responsible for ordering and receiving cash from the Federal Reserve.
