Body Harmony from the Ground UP is my holistic health coaching business. I graduated in 2015 from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition out of NYC. Having brought about my own healing from Lyme disease, osteo-arthritis and digestive complications through nutrition and lifestyle changes, I am passionate about helping others to find their path of healing similarly. I offer free one hour health-history consultations so we can get to know each other, and decide if we could be a good fit to work together. I also offer free classes on various topics related to health and nutrition and sell organic vegetables and eggs from my farm. Whistling Hawk Farm and Learning Center is my home. It is a homestead modeling sustainable design.
