Writes and submits Program Announcements and other documents necessary for initiating new academic programs in accordance with the standards of the New Jersey Presidents' Council’s Academic Issues Committee (AIC). Coordinates with the Campus Director to maintain non-academic compliance. Provide leadership in the initiation and formulation of articulation agreements with other colleges and/or universities.
