Improved revenue allowed the group to offer the most competitive compensation package in Hawaii. • Fundamental in the design and implementation of ER physician scan charting, EMTALA compliant ED logs, and real-time patient tracking boards at multiple hospitals. This system: • interpolated free text with macros • produced standardized, code-able charts • reduced physician charting time & increased revenue • Facilitated the implementation of 4 separate EHRs (McKesson, Meditech, Cerner, TAPSemr), and coordinated TAPSemr installation, including project management, physician/staff training and go-live. Developed and managed interfaces for all these EHRs. • Scanning solutions created for other areas of business, including credentialing, misc. documentation for electronic retention, patient correspondence, credit card slips, and payment sheets. • Assisted hospitals with similar scanning systems for facility coding and storage of records not available in an electronic format. • Created, implemented and maintained multiple websites, including intranets and extranets.
