Within several projects we implemented an automation of ITIL methodologies in following areas: Release management, Change management, Defect management and Incident management. New Business processes have been designed, existing processes were enhanced. The scope of the project was defined together with the customer. While I controlled the budget I monitored the scope as well. Weekly status reports kept the customer involved and informed about the progress. At the end we delivered a solution of high quality within the estimated budget. Team members have been motivated, knowledge was shared, the whole team and of course the customer were all satisfied with the deliveries.

At first I managed a team of about 10 developers and testers. We were all working on a project named Sensor Lab. Sensor Lab is a instrument used in the steel business. This project was delivered in June 2013. In that period of time we managed the functional requirements, technical analysis, development of software, testing and releases of the software.From March 2013 I have been involved in a second project called QuiK-Lab. This is also an instrument used in the steel factories. It is an instrument that was designed and developed by Heraeus. My role was to manage the functional requirements for the software, including the technical analysis, development of the software, testing and managing the several releases. In July 2014 we plan to deliver the final release for this instrument.Since March 2014 I got involved to design a new variant of the QuiK-Lab called QuiK-Lab II. This instrument contains another Spectro Analyzer compared to QuiK-Lab. The spectro analyzer is the GS-1000 delivered by OBLF. The QuiK-Lab II manages all processes, starting from Re-calibrations, Calibrations, Measurements and Control Measurements. The software manages all reference samples and control measurement samples. The instrument will guide the operator to measure the samples produced in the steel factory.

We designed and implemented business process. A business process to manage the approvals of software changes. The processes are integrated with version management tool namely Serena ChangeManZMF 6.1.1. Business Processes are developed by using Serena Business Mashups including .NET Web Services wherein custom business rules are build.

Design the architecture of a Software solution implemented by PSW. The solution is about the automation of the business processes within the company. Including the integration with existing custom software components (eg IDEFIX).

As a senior developer I was a team member of an existing project team. This team was responsible for design, development and implementation of custom software. Next to that I was the only CRM Professional at ICASA. I was responsible for the MS CRM Dynamics running at ICASA. I implemented many custom requirements. The CRM 3.0 was upgraded to CRM 4.0 with success. CRM was running in 2 environments: PRD and QA. All patches and new releases of CRM have been managed by me.

• Within this period I setup a development team within the company. I shared my experience and designed a professional development environment including a QA and PRD environment. I managed the design and implementation of a Custom Timesheet Registration Module to report the activities towards management. I was responsible for the implementation of MS CRM Dynamics within ITC Belgium and one of its customers (Livios). The moment I left the company the functional analysis for ITC BE was still in progress. The project for the customer was in a QA phase.

I started at Deloitte as consultant in IT environment. Within 2 years I developed myself into several areas, especially .NET. Next I got a high level expertise in design of functional requirements. I got trained in Project Management and Change Management as well. Since 2004 I had the role as a project manager. I had a very good team who loved to work within my team. One of the biggest projects I was privileged to manage is named “eDec-Solutions” (see details in chapter “Projects”). Many parties were involved: Belgian Customs, Deloitte Tax & Legal department, Porthus and many different customers. When I decided to leave Deloitte I was told to be welcome again if my next challenge would not match my expectations.

I have been outsourced as Developer to many organizations. The last year I was responsible for a servicedesk at Philips Eindhoven. This Service Desk was responsible for the up and running of 2 windows applications, including new releases. Both applications were used world wide (The Netherlands, Belgium, Singapore, Brazil, ... )

I was responsible for the quality standard within the company. Toghether with my colleagues in the Quality Department and the cooperation of all employees we achieved the following Quality Certifications: ISO9002, ISO9001, QS9000.
