Michelle Bourton is a senior marketing consultant. Following almost fifteen years experience working across B2C & B2B brands including Jameson, Pernod Ricard, Bord Bia and Arvoia. Her previous experience includes strategising campaigns across the marketing spectrum incorporating digital marketing, advertising, and communications. Using her expertise in digital marketing, Michelle was part of the team which successfully positioned Jameson as the number 1 Irish whiskey brand. Michelle’s passion for great creative and design is echoed in her love of independent magazines and her desire to question the present to shape a better future. Her drive to succeed has seen her direct renowned creative campaigns such as Jameson Space Aged whiskey - the drinks company’s best performing April Fool’s campaign which was recognised by Adweek and The Drum; and the team awarded the Digital Media Award for Best Social Media for Jameson GIPHY’s channel. Michelle is a natural leader, having built the in-house creative agency The Mix Dublin as a start-up, and more than doubling her team’s headcount whilst maintaining a 100% staff retention.Michelle now lives in Kenmare (Co. Kerry), where she indulges in her love of the great outdoors with cycling, adventure racing and sea swimming.
