It all started about 5 years ago when I picked up my first dumbbell, that's when I knew the path of health and wellness was the path for me. I have spent my first 3 years of my college career earning my A.A. Degree in Communications and Kinesiology to further my knowledge on how I can connect with MORE individuals and how I can promote health and wellness more effectively to show the community just how important it is to take care of our bodies. Throughout the experiences I've had as a NASM CPT and Precision Nutrition coach, I've learned that my real strength lies within my innate ability to show compassion and understanding for others. I am able to help a person feel comfortable and driven to stay focused on the task at hand, ensuring the time we have together is built up in value and efficiency. I have helped 30+ clients establish and reach attainable fitness goals, find their confidence and finally start living their lives with purpose. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a clients face light up after they start to look and more importantly FEEL better!My goal is to help guide, educate, and inspire as many people as I can on a path to a stronger, healthier way of life.
