I have over 20 years of progressive leadership experience. In my most recent position as an Associate Director for the Community Assistance Division (CAD), I have had the privilege of leading a team of over 300 individuals, managing a budget of over 200 million dollars and 31 diverse programs.I facilitated a culture with a greater level of inclusion, employee satisfaction and professional development. The “One CAD” initiative reflects that shift in culture which launched in February of 2021 with tremendous success. The “One CAD” workgroups focus on specific areas centered around the Division goals where the employees drive positive change and impact in the workplace.I have provided comprehensive disaster planning and implementation which allowed services to continue seamlessly and plan for reopening to the public with the pandemic response, fires, and flooding in prior years. By prioritizing collaboration, I have developed a strong outreach program. This outreach program provides a variety of resources and services which continues virtually.
