Elders are vital to knowing our history and experiences of our world. I am humbled to learn wisdom through faith and life experience on a daily basis from elders. The Eden Alternative also encourages me as a leader to empower the team in which I coach. We grow in leadership as Team. They are beginning our Eden Alternative journey and I have enjoyed being a contracted worker with this awesome team. I enjoyed getting to know the persons living on campus and in the community. The Preceptor/Administrator in Training term ended June 2016, but they'll always be in my heart. Two great Administrators were born. What a blessing they are! -
