As a pre-med student majoring in Biology-Medical Sciences and minoring in Chemistry at Western Illinois University, I am diligently working towards becoming a dual MD/PhD candidate with a focus on Neuroscience research. My journey is driven by a profound curiosity about the human brain, psychology, and a commitment to advancing medical knowledge, particularly in the Commonwealth of Dominica, my home country.My diverse experiences, from excelling as a Collections Clerk at UNICOMER and interning at the Sickle Cell Cares Foundation to supporting new students as a Leatherneck Success Leader, have honed my skills in organization, communication, and leadership. These roles have instilled in me an invaluable sense of responsibility and a commitment to service, fostering an environment that values patience, understanding, and attentiveness.
