Following a 30 year career marketing commercial real estate portfolios and distinguished mixed-use properties, Michelle Davis started a career in residential real estate at Sotheby’s International Realty where she is a global real estate advisor. Prior, Michelle Davis served as the Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of 4D Marketing Strategies, a marketing consulting firm which specializes in strategic marketing advisory and serves as the marketing department for numerous national commercial real estate firms. Her expertise ranges from high-level strategic PR counsel to overseeing the communications/marketing of portfolios valued at over $3B. She has been responsible for all communication and marketing activities, including internal/external communications, public relations and public affairs, social media activity, as well as a specialty in crisis communications. In addition, Michelle has led the fundraising efforts of several philanthropic and educational organizations and has a broad network of business, civic and social contacts.

Michelle Davis joined EB Arrow as the Director of Marketing and Communications where she implements the marketing and communication efforts for the company, as well as oversees the individual property marketing campaigns for the EB Arrow’s national mixed-use real estate portfolio. With a foundation established in the latest technology and research, Ms. Davis’ marketing programs are designed to drive traffic, increase sales and dwell time, and support the overall objectives of each retail or mixed-use property. Michelle also has expertise in developing strategic marketing, PR and social media campaigns, and performs well under pressure when executing occasional crisis communications efforts. Member of EB Arrow's development team which has robust development capabilities to address the growth and redevelopment potential of stale assets to uncover their full potential and maximum value. Work directly with the local community, city officials and surrounding key stakeholders to revitalize these communities in a way that feels authentic to the local culture.

Michelle Davis served as Director of Marketing for Northwood Retail. In this capacity she oversaw the marketing efforts for the company as well as the individual property marketing campaigns for the company’s national retail portfolio, owned by Northwood Investors. In addition, she was responsible for generating miscellaneous income at each property through sponsorships, events and third-party advertising.

Prior to joining Northwood Retail, Michelle worked for Harvest Partners where she oversaw the marketing for a variety of large scale retail projects including The Shops at Park Lane in Dallas, Texas and The Landing in Seattle, Washington.

While at 4D Marketing Strategies, Michelle served as the outsourced marketing director for Frisco Square, a 500,000+SF mixed-use retail project where she oversaw the property's public relations, advertising campaign, website, leasing collateral and property events.

Michelle founded a marketing consulting firm, 4D Marketing Strategies, which specialized in strategic marketing advisory and acting as the marketing department for numerous national commercial real estate firms. During her tenure at 4D Marketing Strategies, she worked with a number of real estate companies including The Retail Connection, Direct Development, CRESA Partners and Edge Realty Partners in helping them launch and grow their brands.

While at 4D Marketing Strategies, Michelle served as the outsourced marketing director for CRESA Partners where she was responsible for the company's branding efforts and oversaw the marketing for this 40+ office commercial real estate firm.

Michelle served as the Marketing Director for The Staubach Company where she led the national corporate marketing and communication efforts for the company’s 47 offices.
