This has been driven through the aim of creating workplaces where every person thrives, through improving staff experience and Health and Wellbeing, system wide engagement and learning and working specifically in Primary Care and linking the NHS People Promise elements into wider system working. The aim is to support organisations to meet current and future challenges.
