Assisting Airman and their families transition to and from overseas living in all aspects of their lives including sponsorship, spousal employment, volunteer coordinator, resume writing and career guidance. Providing a platform for concerns and a bridge between individuals and potential employers. Supervising, training and developing community resources specialists and volunteers.

• Supervise daily operations of the relocation facility serving over 400 soldiers, civilians and family members on a weekly basis including usage of the Lending Closet, Immigration Services, Army Community Service (ACS) Front Desk Information and Referral services, in and out processing and daily customer inquiries meeting 98% of all customer needs and receiving 100% positive customer comment cards. • Effectively developed and implemented a new Sponsorship workshop using a computer-centered module to develop resources for group-centered culminating activities and analyzing student learning through immediate and 30-day assessments for more than 460 Soldiers in spite of sustaining a 50% reduction in team personnel. • Developed and expertly guided the planning and execution of the bi-annual newcomers information fair coordinating with 136 organizations, employers and agencies serving 870 Soldiers, Civilians, and Family Members in August 2016 and increasing to 1,326 Soldiers, Civilians, and Family Members in February 2017 due to personal analysis and implementation of modifications. • Developed a methodology, needs assessments and processes to provide support for individuals requesting services and information concerning Sponsorship Training, Levy Briefing, Spouse Sponsorship, PCS Transition, Lending Closet, and event planning with 96% customer satisfaction rate over a 9 month period. • Evaluate program costs and project requirements based on community need and develop rationale for justification of line items on budget proposals. • Developed, planned and executed various activities using innovative ideas to market program areas to the community, such as informational fairs, special events, large venue training and community meetings;

• Action Officer for the Volunteer of the Year Ceremony; planning, scheduling, and conducting 4 In-Progress Reviews (IPR) attended by 9 key Garrison, MWR and community-wide volunteer organizations members; 1 volunteer of the year selection board involving 15 volunteers; and delegating essential ceremony tasks involving 11 local agencies and 36 volunteers/staff members• Expertly supported the Garrison PAO by being an expert member of the monthly INFO-X town hall and live AFN broadcast providing essential and up-to-date information to the community on the new AFAP process and the status of over 76 submitted issues.• Motivate and educate the community concerning volunteer opportunities, benefits and potential skill development of volunteer positions on live Armed Forced Network Radio in a monthly broadcast
