I am well aware of the complexity of learning and acquiring a second language through training and experience. I know how to form and work with cooperative learning groups, as well as organize individual language learning projects and help individuals work together in their communication relationship using their second language. My excellent verbal, written and listening skills come from my extensive experience in organizational and interpersonal communications. My experience of dealing with suppliers, manager, and administrative departments in other business environments gives me the ability to engage with business culture, and diverse groups with an appreciation and respect. Recent experience in working with younger language learners in preschool, and middle school and high school has helped to exercise my multi levels of training in language acquisition as well. In addition, I can provide lessons that use real life, environment specific, technology, as well as, do the assessment of my learners, which will provide me with information about their needs in the language learning process. I am also well experience in the preparation and training for the plethora of English exams, "TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, BULATS, for example. Finally, I believe in a "Learner Centered" environment, but I also use the "PPP and TBL" framework in English teaching.*InsightI am a versatile person, with a drive to be happy. I know you are suppose to write "I am driven to succeed," but I think this is self-absorbed and not being aware of the environment around you.I have a little saying that I made-up a many years back, when someone asked me for a "one-liner" to describe myself. I wrote, "I have no points. I am ROUNDED!" I don't look straight ahead, but I see the whole world around me.I have a passion for helping others to achieve and that is why much of my experience is in the direction of Communications and now Teaching English.
