I have assisted in the creation of an annual update report to the Clerk of the Privy Council by providing recommendations based on strong reports from other departments and instructions from the Clerk, writing instructions to solicit updates from steering committee members and communities of practice. I have also assisted with event planning and management including drafting promotional materials, creating presentation/briefing decks, managing registrations, running events. Some of the events that the Blueprint 2020 team has hosted are information sessions on our pilot projects, a GCTools Workshop, a student appreciation event, and a Collaborative Cafe (a collaborative event to support one of our pilot projects). The Blueprint 2020 has also held a department wide consultation to identify strategies to support innovation. I also crafted communications material crafted Blueprint 2020 initiatives for the Annual Interdepartmental Blueprint 2020 Innovation Fair.
