A contracted workplace designer for Facebook, specializing in architecture design and space planning. By integrating an extensive background in construction project management with AutoCAD programming, this role pushes design beyond aesthetics and into the true functional success of a project. - Develops high level space programming and block layouts for new buildings based on standards and specialized site programming.- Creates space and programming standards to be incorporated across sites both locally and globally. - Collaborates with multiple departments to gather requirements and align project success with clear timelines and reporting. - Creates detailed interior finish plans for new and existing buildings, including; paint, carpet, millwork, and furniture selections. - Manages multiple furniture vendors throughout the design, procurement, budgeting, scheduling and installation process. - Design and manages various office "refreshes" including aesthetic design and bringing the space up to company standards. - Audits new building construction documents for millwork, lighting, electrical, and finish standards- Consults and manages various data collections to better enhance space planning and workplace design through strategic data analysis.

- Owns all CAD and CAFM data for over 40 sites across the Western Hemisphere- Space planning for potential new sites based on the individual site needs and city regulations. - Proficient in Archibus data management- Designs, procures, and manages the installation of furniture and equipment for North America new builds.
