I am currently contracting with two major Real Estate Recruiters in Melbourne. I have worked in several offices specializing in Property Management duties, Compliance, Due Diligence along with Owners Corporation Assistant/Accounts roles. Loving the diversity of the industry working in small and large corporations, I have gained skills and confidence in both office bound and on site roles dealing with Landlords and tenants in various properties from townhouses to heritage listed properties. Having a passion for property, I have thoroughly enjoyed being on the road carrying out inspections and OFI's. I enjoy meeting people and assisting them in finding the right home for their needs.

Rental arrears collection, entry of all accounts including pro rata, percentage charges between tenants and landlords, split charges, debtors notices, collating for mail, credits, interest charges, vacating dates, adjustment to accounts, liaising with creditors, reversals, general upkeep of accounts in data base, collating accounts and managing storage of pending disbursements, daily banking, receipting of daily direct deposits and cheques received, balancing and preparing for bank, Reception relief and general duties. Although the role was dominantly Accounts based, it was my duty to be advanced support to the Property Manager's and General Manager in all aspects of their role as required.

Initially started out on front desk carrying out reception duties, collection and receipting of rent and fees. After 12 months I moved into the Body Corporate department as the Office Administrator for that department carrying out all duties as the "core" person. For a short period of time I was also a Maintenance Officer for the BC department before returning back to my role as Office Administrator until the time I left.

At SKM my meet and greet skills along with a good reputation over the phone was the highlight of my role. A highly professional industry in consulting, presentation and a warm welcome was paramount. A fast paced office, I was well known amongst all peers of all levels along with the clientele. I was highly regarded for my greeting skills where I started off as a contractor and was offered full time work. After 3 years, it was sad to depart, however I needed to further my experience in Administration and find an industry to grow within. This was when I chose Real Estate.
