Over 25 years experience at Ricoh (formerly IKON Office Solutions). Most of my time has been dedicated to the training realm (trainer, training developer, online operations support developer for internal Customer Administration and Supply Chain help site). Since April 2018, I have continued to support training, while also taking on the Program Manager, role for Customer Administration communications and internal websites. I leverage technical skills and business acumen to develop communication strategies for critical initiatives;partnering with cross-functional subject matter experts to create user-friendly strategic materials to improve efficiency for global teams. I collaborate with key stakeholders to create and continue to maintain several support sites that provide process and training documentation, communications, and other critical materials that support crucial customer support roles.
