I am an experienced and highly motivated sustainability professional, proficient in social research, project management and evaluation in rural and sustainability spaces. As a social scientist, I have worked across a range of research positions in public health, and the evaluation of environmental management programs for the Federal Government and on state health promotion programs. In my current role as Sustainable Farms Director, I lead a team of interdisciplinary experts across the fields of ecology, environmental accounting, economics and mental health. With my team, I have developed an innovative outreach program which meets the needs of both farmers and the natural resource management sector, to ensure that the ongoing research findings of ANU are effectively communicated.My passion for working with a diverse range of landholder's and our regional NRM and Landcare partners is a daily motivation. I work to support innovation, creativity and evidence-based strategy to deliver outcomes for biodiversity on farms across Australia's temperate woodland ecosystems.
