All duties include (4) locations, in different states:- Payroll activities: CSR, Installer and Sales Commission Reports; Employee Reimbursement Payments; Time Sheet Calculations; All Payroll Taxes (Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly).- A/P + A/R activities: Process all Bills; Timely Bill Payments; Track all Processed Jobs for Payments; Issue Daily Recap Report (for all Installers activities) Track Outstanding Accounts; & Cross-Check for proper documentation within each project.- Manage Sub-Contractors: Proper Documents completed & Tracking projects for Payment.- Home Show Coordinator activities: Contracting for Shows/ Events; Booth Selection & Proper Scheduling for coverage.- Human Resources activities: On-boarding new hires; Managing PTO/ Time Off Requests and Schedules; Tracking Unemployment and Worker's Comp Claims & Off-boarding exiting Employees.- Franchise Management activities: Track all Invoices and insure timely payment; Request and Track Credits and Refunds; & process all Warranty Claims.

- Consult with Retail customers to align products and design applications into scope of work and desired finished product while maintaining a high level of customer service.- Up-sell and guide selections within each opportunity to maximize profits, while maintaining client satisfaction and project goals.- Solely responsible for all project management communications with internal and external departments to manage every phase of the job from concept to completion (including custom pricing).

- Perform or contract all building maintenance.- Perform all bookkeeping duties.- Manage Rental process - from rental applications, to leases and tenant dismissal.

- Set up and execute Project calendar for entire company - Sales appointments and Installation crew work schedules.- Set up QuickBooks - responsible for Customer Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and all tax reports/ payments (for company and Owner's personal).- Set up QB/ Payroll - responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for Sales commission and Installation Bonus', including (but not limited to) processing Child Support, Garnishment of Wages, and Unemployment Claims.- Support sales team with marketing and networking to grow new (and existing) client business.

- Prospect and follow up with customers, followed by submission of sales transactions.- Generate new business leads by attending Home Shows, Networking functions, and hosting Customer Appreciation events.- Support overall sales team by maintaining customer accounts to ensure an exceptional customer/ client experience.
