QA Program Lead for the Calgary Airport Authority’s International Terminal Building (ITB), a $2 billion program that incorporates a state-of-the-art baggage handling system, North American’s first call-to-gate passenger boarding system, and the first airport to use swing-gate functionality for tri-sector passenger flow. Engaged by the IT general managers 8 months prior to first flight to perform a Quality Management assessment, recommend pragmatic solutions to increase overall program quality and implement solutions to increase program test quality, introduce test transparency, bridge the 10 test leads, while decreasing test effort. Successfully launched the ITB after various test cycles including multiple real-world trials involving 3,000 Calgary volunteers. In a rotating schedule, was responsible for leading the software IT Bridge during the 72 hour cutover.
