E.g. using Scrumban which allowed the team to mould the scrum process into what worked best for them.- Supported sharing of blockers in daily stand-ups and progressed the removal of these to ensure smooth project delivery.- Interfaced with product owners to understand the needs of our customers and help them realise their ideas into technology solutions.- Managed third party client relationships and negotiated budgets / terms with suppliers such as Experian, Atlassian, and Elastic.- Line managed 17 team members, including Devs, QA’s and BA’s, to support their needs and ensure they received feedback to continually grow in their role, including coaching them.- Jira / Confluence Admin for the whole company, continually improved the teams’ workflows and processes to aid delivery and help them achieve goals.- Maintained a culture of sharing, learning and fun by running meetups for the Java Community, Docker, Elastic etc. Ran events such as Hackathons, and out-of-hours activities such as board game night. Introduced an online training portal and helped arrange external training / conferences to support career growth.
