Michelle has written hundreds of articles for publication and has published ten books. She hosts a weekly podcast called "Midlife Repurposed" and another called "Indie Author Blueprint." She is a freelance book editor, cover designer, and typesetter and works with indie authors and small presses. Life is interesting residing in an unusual home that was formerly a little country church with a parsonage attached. But that just adds to the repurposing theme that permeates everything Michelle does. The church half of it is a hundred years old, and the rest is gradually coming out of the dreadful 50s and 70s decor with ongoing updates and renovation. She loves trash-to-treasure decorating and has filled her home with creative makeovers of “junk.” As a wife and a mom of two grown sons, Michelle’s hidden motive as a speaker for women’s events is the welcome escape from the testosterone zone to get a good dose of estrogen and female friends.
