Collaborated with department heads to support and provide resources to field locations company-wide. Maintained confidential member information; tracked and reported program utilization and results to senior management. Initially contracted as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in 1997 to collaborate with architects in the planning and design of 5500 sq. ft. wellness center, with $250K budget to purchase equipment forstart-up. Met objective to develop state-of-the-art facility (same amenities as private health club) based on current trends. Hired as Program Coordinator in 1998 to initiate holistic stages/progression and actively partner with the heads of each business group to market the wellness program and solicit employee participation. Kept annual costs, including salaries, on or under budget ($150K) while increasing participation and maintaining quality of service. Total enrollment was 640 out of possible 800 employees; served ~160 employees daily. Partnered with "Weight Watchers @ Work"; recognized for having longest running on-site program in Lake County; delivered 80% success rate; meeting weight loss goal of 4% in first session. Conceptualized "Walk Pactiv 2010"; 98% of participants completed program with successful follow-up at 6 months. Program on-going in 2011.
