I work with both private equity and corporate clients in both the US and Europe, having worked in San Jose, California, Washington DC and London. Technology: I have worked with technology companies in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures since 2000 in both San Jose, California and globally, including in the software, Internet and telecommunications industries. Aerospace and Defense (A&D) and infrastructure: I have a significant amount of experience with A&D and Infrastructure companies, including experience with government services companies, government suppliers, ports, airports and waste treatment. In London, I co-led the Aerospace & Defense sector industry team, launching and contributing to the quarterly M&A briefings.Pharma and life sciences: I have worked with a number of pharma and healthcare companies (service providers and medical devices) on deals in both the US and the UK.
