Managing marketing, volunteer base, cultivating relationships and developing an entire community to support the mission of Ready For Life: to engage foster care youth, private citizens and public resources to assist Pinellas County foster youth in creating a successful transition to adulthood. We produce unique, fun, experiential learning opportunities to help the youth fill in life skill and self-sufficiency gaps in a way that anchors the learning and makes it fun (for the youth and volunteers); and what may be even more extraordinary is the way we’ve designed the environment for these opportunities to take place within a connected, family-like community of caring support. The impact goes on and on as together we help model new possibilities, tackle challenges, and fill in the rough spots. General Manager of Country Thunder USA-multi day camping/music festivals named by Conde' Naste Magazine as the Premier Country Music / Camping Festivals in the world -- (100,000+ attendees at ea.) held annually in Arizona, and Wisconsin. Developed company communication systems and management practices for all departments.
