Patsy Stills is the Vice President of Administration at Ready for Life, Inc. Patsy has a master’s degree in organizational management with a concentration in leadership. SHRM, SCP certified, Patsy is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated history of working in dependency, delinquency, behavioral health, and a variety of child welfare and human services. Patsy has worked for state departments as well as local non-profit organizations in all aspects of operations and administration including front-line staff as well as executive director positions, quality assurance, grant management, contract management, professional development and human resources. Known as a very passionate, positive, and energetic person, Patsy has been involved in National Exchange Clubs since 2018, first with Harbor Exchange Club and now with Mid Pinellas Exchange Club as Immediate Past President. Patsy volunteers with the Guardian ad Litem Program as a Child Advocate. Patsy’s community involvement includes Episcopal Church of the Ascension, Grants Collaborative of Tampa Bay, Leadership Tampa 1996, and Leadership Tampa Bay 2000, and is an aging runner and a retired mobile DJ. Patsy and Jed Stills married in 1987 and are proud parents of three grown children and one grandson. The family bucket list includes more national park runs and hikes, international travel, and generations of extended family vacations.
