I began my career as a contractor for agencies that served the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the federal government's civilian human resources department. Those roles allowed me to not only hone my onboarding and interviewing skills but also travel to interact with a diverse groups of people from recent college grads to CEOs of contracting companies, which I've always enjoyed.From there, I took the time to gain some experience in different industries. From education and event management consulting to now working as a Business Development Manager with an awesome global technology consulting firm, Tag1 Consulting. Outside of the office, I currently help multiple organizations recruit and manage volunteers for various programs, medical mission trips, and education initiatives. In combination, these experiences provided the space for me to develop my skills in the realms of process improvement, employee satisfaction, recruiting, budget management, and relationship building.If you're looking for me in my down time, you can catch me expanding my horizons through travel, watching a DC or Marvel movie, or in a competitive USTA or local tennis match.
