I’ve been a leadership/executive coach for 15 years. To expand my range as a coach, I completed the Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University in 2023, and then earned an ACC credentials from ICF. With a broad set of tools and skills and renewed determination, I’m eager to contribute to clients' creating their own vision and starting a journey towards the best version of themselves as leaders and individuals. I have also worked with global organizations as an intercultural trainer and consultant to improve communications, remove obstacles to productivity, and increase the effectiveness of executives and employees at all levels. My areas of cultural expertise includes Japan, China and the United States.I’m a Japanese native and have work experience in multinational corporations across sales, business development planning, research, and human resources. Also an author, my bilingual book "Heart to Heart English" or 心が伝わる英語の話し方 was published by IBC Publishing, Japan in 2020.
