I currently work in the manufacturing side of garret my main role is operating the cnc milling machine I am also responsible for testing the vci chemical levels of the various dunk and spray washes used in the process

i started on the reman production side of the business and gained a lot of experience dealing with introducing new products into a manufacturing line . I have also worked on the salvage side of reman which includes stripping down old core and salvaging what we can to reman . I have gained experience in the use of shot blasting ,ultrasonic washing methods as well as using the cnc miller

I worked in a laboratory specialising in making hearing aids and earmoulds for 10 yrs and gained a vast amount of knowledge of the manufacturing processes involved .
