MINTRAC is the Meat Industry Training & Advisory Council

The AFAM NSW ITAB overseas industry training and advisory services in NSW and is accountable to the Department of Education in the following areas:* To provide the Department with advice and feedback that is specific, timely and comprehensive on training and skill needs, issues and priorities through industry engagement* To advise and assist the Department identify industry skills needs, priorities and skills development issues for funded training in New South Wales* To communicate training available under Smart and Skilled to industry * To advise and assist the Department on apprenticeship and traineeship arrangement in New South Wales including school- based arrangements and the establishment of Vocational Training Orders (VTOs) * To provide advice on the development, review and implementation of Training Packages / Training Products * Support the delivery of vocational education and training to school students

Oversee national Program Delivery for peak Learning & Development NFP in Australia and NZ. Lead the national conversation in all facets of learning and training.

Lead Business Process Improvement and Digital Transformation for Shared Services across ANZ including leveraging 6Sigma improvement methodology, current state reviews, development of future state solution designs, target operating model design, service delivery model design, IT system application implementation, integration and optimisation, and the development of business cases and recommendation reports for investment in future state improvements.

Non Executive Director and Advisory Board Member. Senior advisory board member appointment providing executive leadership and insights for greater corporate governance, improved performance and competitiveness.

Transforming Ausgrid and its People Strategy and Culture agenda to be the leading utility provider in the Energy sector

Country level responsibility for on and offshore BPO service delivery teams and client operations. Lead global HRO and F&A delivery teams including an onshore delivery centre in Parramatta which was inaugurated in December 2015, and offshore global delivery centres in India.

Lead client engagement teams in the People & Organisation Change competency with specialty focus in outsourcing, offshoring and transformation.

Lead and direct process discovery activities for specified Optus Business Finance functions. Provide analysis and establish synergies between Optus Business Functions. Recommend and design a future mode of operation for a single team, integrating processes within an onshore/offshore model.
