Head of the IT project team, performing pre-sales engineering and implementing IT projects for our clients around the country. Manage and Deliver full scope of work required and develop a plan/strategy to minimize the impact to the client while ensuring the budget hours are maintained on each project.Create Standard Operating Procedures, network drawings, and maintain current client documentation within our documentation system IT Glue.Implement new equipment and reconfigure existing equipment, including servers, SAN's, SIEM tools, firewalls, switches, wireless access controllers, wireless access points, P2P Modems, etc. Handle ongoing migration of client software and applications.Perform migrations from Exchange servers to Office 365.Provide onsite support at customer site after project implementation to ensure everything is performing correctly.Effectively communicate with client as well as project team throughout duration of project.Engineer all client projects including (but not limited to) upgrades, updates, migrations, and security compliance for all infrastructure, co-location\cloud computing, and SaaS implementations. Ensure smooth operation of the network infrastructure to provide maximum performance and availability for our clients’ users.
