About Pedro Miguel Parames, P.E.

I am a civil and environmental engineer with experience in the fields of hydrology and hydraulics, civil design, erosion and sediment control BMP selection and design, construction management/oversight, post-fire erosion and flood hazard assessments, and NDPES permit compliance. I have my professional engineering license in California and I am a proud graduate from UC Davis which includes a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on water resource engineering. Some of my major career milestones include being the lead Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (QSD/P) for the Oroville Spillways Emergency Recovery project, supporting clients with post-fire hazard assessments for two of California's largest wildfires (2020 Creek and 2021 Dixie Fire), and performing an Order 1 soil survey on a gas transmission line in West Virginia. My motivation comes from working with the best colleagues in the industry and providing exceptional consulting services to our clients.
