Trying to be of help in the Heath Industry during the pandemics I took a temporary job in the Local Health Direction. I made a report with what can be made effcicient, template for working, I have helped correcting the data and wrote an application on Tomcat, with Java, JSP, Postgres to handle and keep the data that came from different sources, in different formats.Coordinating digital projects for the House of Mayor and City Hall Piatra Neamt, helping the community access services more efficiently, organizing the technical and digital activity in the departments, promoting existing digital solutions, negociating contracts, analizing offers andproviding consultancy.

Development and maintenance of applications developed for EuroStat (European Statistics), software development, leading teams, processing change requests from client, estimating costs, coordinating teams, delivering within deadlines, testing, elaborating documentation.

Working on the Flexprod project and smaller internal projects. : Working on the EMCS(Excise Movement Control System) project, which was a collaboration between Intrasoft and IBM Bulgaria. It was developed for several clients. I have been an active participant on the project from its early stages and all through its development.. The target was to implement the European Commision’s specifications as well as the clients requests, keep the dead lines, continously communicating with the client,provide maintenance, firmly answer to the client’s problem and implement a solution.In all this time there were several activities I was responsible of:• Implementing use cases in all the layers of the application (front-end, ejb, workflow, backend, database scripts, unit tests);• Assist and help with the Unit Acceptance Testing• Train, guide and supervise new team members• Code review• Documentation writing and reviewing• Configure and maintain development, integration and testing environments• Team leader back up which involved direct contact with the client,providing solutions and taking decisions under time sensitive conditions related to the production environment• Providing Training sessions to nation-wide end users and the end client• Ensuring all tasks are delivered according to the previously agreed deadlines
