I led and supported strategic and operational sustainability initiatives and processes, including being part of the management team. Before my role as CSO, we worked together for 2 years in a process where I led and created the new sustainability strategy and action plan for the whole group. This process included writing the strategy, educational processes, value chain analysis, stakeholder engagement and facilitating workshops for the management group. Stjärnägg AB was founded in 2002 under the motto Local egg suppliers in collaboration and is today the market leader in Sweden. The company is entirely Swedish and is owned by the egg packaging companies KG's Egg, Thuressons Hönseri and Västkustägg. Our eggs come from Swedish producers all over the country, and with a total of six facilities in use, we deliver eggs and egg products to customers in the Swedish grocery trade as well as to wholesalers in restaurants and large households.

I led and created educational processes in the fields of Sustainability, Climate change and Social science as well as coaching and supporting individuals and groups. Digital platforms and tools for learning and communication were central parts in my work.In my work, I led a Human Rights team of students that studied journalism, social science, writing, natural science and art. We arranged larger events, gave lectures and co-created meetings and conversations that matter to our world.

I supported the creation of an Online Academy to help global changemakers make the world awesome – in complete relaxation.As a global team, we served people from all walks of life to discover their unique superpowers and enjoy easeful productivity – while fulfilling their life purpose and contributing to the world.My areas of responsibility during this time was Leadership and Business Development, Community Manager, and marketing.
