Before my role as CSO, we worked together for 2 years in a process where I led and created the new sustainability strategy and action plan for the whole group. This process included writing the strategy, educational processes, value chain analysis, stakeholder engagement and facilitating workshops for the management group. Stjärnägg AB was founded in 2002 under the motto Local egg suppliers in collaboration and is today the market leader in Sweden. The company is entirely Swedish and is owned by the egg packaging companies KG's Egg, Thuressons Hönseri and Västkustägg. Our eggs come from Swedish producers all over the country, and with a total of six facilities in use, we deliver eggs and egg products to customers in the Swedish grocery trade as well as to wholesalers in restaurants and large households. -
