My competences come from around the project management without not forgetting a long background in customer service/usercare.Who knows me well; they might say that I can fix/build quite many things, which also leads to the point that I know the things from a many working areas.During my last employment I have been leading international projects around ICT system setup, application development, customer training, data migration, usability verification, performance testing and actual take in use with internal customer/subcontractor interfaces. One project what I would like to raise from the others is for renewing CRM /CTI platform and global contact centre network from IT point of view. I enjoy working with the team which has a positive working atmosphere and who would like to reach the goal together. I like to get things done on time, see and learn something new at same time. I love to get a feedback from my doings.I'm currently working with wind energy at OX2 (TCM).
