I’m built to connect with people. I love to collaborate, workshop ideas or problems with people and find a way forward using our powers combined. I love getting more out of a team than they ever thought possible. I strive to foster a culture of mutual trust and encouragement wherever I am. I love a challenge and learning on the job. I tend to be at my best when problems come fast and everyone else starts to panic.I founded Made Market with my wife, and through it we get to help make the world more beautiful and (hopefully) kind. Through this, I’ve had the opportunity to come alongside the maker community and support incredible small businesses, providing a platform and an elevated visibility from they get to share their work. I could not be more grateful to each maker, their communities, and the cities that have welcomed us so completely. I’m honored to work with individuals of such passion, conviction, and sincerity.I love everything adoption. Two of my four kids are adopted, and we’re in process to adopt another little one. Adopttogether.org and showhope.org are two of my favorite charities. Their amazing work enables adoptive families to bring home Making the world a kinder place is more than an idealistic aspiration, it’s also good business strategy. Compassion and Empathy are reforming the way business works. Businesses that seek out feedback and meet their clients and customers where they are will succeed when others fail.
