Building on the successful delivery of the South West Water Network Services Alliance (NSA) during AMP 6 I led the bid team to successfully secure the NSA in 2019. I now have overall responsibility for its successful delivery. The £40m/annum NSA scope covers clean and waste repair and maintenance, developer services, metering and new connections. Having set a clear strategy focusing on exceptional customer service, safety, quality and continuous innovation I am now leading the team to exceed our clients expectations.

The contract employs 40 full time staff and a workforce of 190 that I manage with a team of six direct reports and two colleagues. My responsibilities encompass all aspects of contract delivery and are focused on delivering to my employers, clients, and ultimately our customers’ satisfaction.Main Duties and Responsibilities:-Health, Safety and Environment. Having successfully managed the mobilisation of the contract I was approach by the business unit director for the Area Manager role covering Cornwall.

Mobilisation Manager- Working closely with all stakeholders to mobilise an £18m/annum clean water repair and maintenance contract. Recruited internally to manage this strategic mobilisation involving the transfer of c90 employees under TUPE whilst maintaining 24/7 service to the client. Stakeholders included SWW, the supply chain (materials and subcontract), internal and external IT departments, HR, fleet and the incumbent contractor.
