I'm a professional sales leader, husband, father, and committed developer of people. I believe that if something is worth doing, it's worth doing to the absolute best of your ability. Life truly is too short to show up unmotivated every day. As a leader, I seek to identify what motivates my people, help them develop their own vision of personal/professional success, and then work to build an executable roadmap to get them there. I measure my success not just by revenue attainment, but by how my people have grown and developed while part of our team.In my thirties, I've developed an even stronger intellectual curiosity than in my formative years. I've played guitar for over twenty-five years, but I've recently taken on a completely new style of playing (fingerstyle) to break out of my comfort zone and become a more dynamic player. I've played chess for about a decade, yet I consistently read and study tactics in order to continuously develop. As a sales leader, I continue to find ways to learn, develop, and challenge myself in order to become the best leader I can possibly be. I believe this approach personifies the example I look to set for my team: Never be satisfied -- You always have even more potential just waiting to be uncovered.
